- 1 whole-wheat tortilla
- 3 tbsp hummus
- 4 slices deli turkey breast
- Β½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- ΒΌ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 handful spinach or mixed greens
- 1 tbsp shredded carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread hummus evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.
- Layer turkey slices, cucumber, bell pepper, spinach, and shredded carrots on top of the hummus.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
