Description

This Turkey Hummus and Veggie Wrap is a perfect balance of lean turkey, fresh veggies, and creamy hummus, all wrapped up in a soft whole-wheat tortilla. It’s a nutritious and delicious option for a quick lunch or light dinner!

 


Ingredients

  1. 1 whole-wheat tortilla
  2. 3 tbsp hummus
  3. 4 slices deli turkey breast
  4. Β½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  5. ΒΌ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  6. 1 handful spinach or mixed greens
  7. 1 tbsp shredded carrots
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spread hummus evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  • Layer turkey slices, cucumber, bell pepper, spinach, and shredded carrots on top of the hummus.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra protein, you can add some avocado or a sprinkle of feta cheese.
