  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease a large baking pan with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in Rice Krispies until well coated.
  4. Allow mixture to cool slightly, then shape into ghost figures using buttered hands.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave and dip each ghost or drizzle over them.
  6. While chocolate is still warm, add two mini chocolate chips on each ghost’s face for eyes.
