  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or turkey until browned; drain excess fat. Stir in chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  3. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick; cut into spooky shapes using cookie cutters.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center of each pastry shape, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and seal securely.
