  6. 1–2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • If using, fold in chocolate chips.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving
