  • 2 ½ cups brioche bread dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using store-bought dough, let it come to room temperature.
  3. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces and shape each into a ball. Place them in a greased baking dish, leaving space for expansion.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add chopped sage leaves. Allow to steep for five minutes before removing from heat.
  5. After the rolls have risen for about 30 minutes, brush them with the sage-infused butter and drizzle honey on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt while warm.
