  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time on low speed. Mix in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
  4. Divide mixture into two bowls; fold pureed strawberries into one bowl.
  5. Layer both mixtures in the crust by alternating spoonfuls. Top with whole blueberries and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before slicing.
