  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh spinach.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish. Layer three noodles, half the cheese mixture, more marinara sauce, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Finish with a final layer of noodles topped with marinara sauce and remaining cheeses.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
