Cuban Sliders

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 cups pulled pork (homemade or store-bought)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish. Spread yellow mustard over them.
  3. Layer the pulled pork evenly on top of the mustard.
  4. Add Swiss cheese slices on top of the pork.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls back on and brush melted butter generously over each roll.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Serve warm.
