  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Blue food coloring (to desired shade)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add melted butter and flour; stir until combined. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about an hour until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread melted butter over it, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
  5. Roll tightly from one edge and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish to rise for another 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooled slightly, drizzle with cream cheese frosting mixed with blue food coloring.
