  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup granola or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yoghurt with honey or maple syrup until well blended.
  3. Layer half of the yoghurt in a serving bowl.
  4. Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yoghurt layer.
  5. Repeat layering with the remaining yoghurt and berries, reserving some berries for garnish.
  6. Top with granola or nuts for added crunch and drizzle with additional honey if desired.
