This one-pan Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage, and Broccoli is an easy and flavorful dinner thatβs both satisfying and quick to make. With juicy shrimp, savory sausage, and crisp-tender broccoli, all coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, this dish is packed with bold flavors and is sure to become a weeknight favorite!

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 sausages (Italian or smoked), sliced into rounds
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly tender. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
- In the same skillet, add the final tablespoon of olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds, then pour in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the sausage, shrimp, and broccoli to the skillet and toss everything together, coating it in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy
Notes
- You can substitute the sausage with chicken sausage or another type of sausage of your choice.
- For extra flavor, drizzle a little more honey over the dish before serving.
