- 2 cups fresh or frozen sweet corn
- 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes

- Fresh thyme and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice the potatoes and onion into small cubes and mince the garlic.
- Layer the onions, diced potatoes, and corn in the bottom of your crockpot. Place the chicken breasts on top.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add dollops of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle thyme and pepper over the mixture, then stir gently without disturbing the chicken.
