  7. 1 cup chicken broth
  8. 1 packet fajita seasoning
  9. 1 tsp garlic powder
  10. 1 tsp cumin
  11. Salt and pepper, to taste
  12. Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, diced tomatoes, green chilies, chicken broth, fajita seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once the chicken is cooked through, shred it with two forks right in the crockpot.
