- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups egg noodles or rice, cooked
Instructions
- Place beef, onion, mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth in the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
- Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce just before serving.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use reduced-fat sour cream and mushroom soup.
