  2. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  4. 1 Β½ cups Bisquick or baking mix
  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. Β½ tsp onion powder
  7. ΒΌ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  • Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
