Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Add broccoli for the last three minutes of cooking, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; add Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces, return to skillet with drained pasta and broccoli. Toss to coat evenly with sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
