- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; sauté for about 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; mix until smooth. Add Italian seasoning.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce, then layer with noodles and remaining sauce mixture until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest before serving.
