Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9ร—13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar in a bowl until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown then let cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold sliced strawberries into the cream mixture and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
  5. For the topping, simmer additional sliced strawberries with remaining sugar in a saucepan until syrupy; pour over the cream layer.
