Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9ร13-inch baking dish.
- Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar in a bowl until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown then let cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Gently fold sliced strawberries into the cream mixture and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
- For the topping, simmer additional sliced strawberries with remaining sugar in a saucepan until syrupy; pour over the cream layer.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
