  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 package (3 oz) Jell-O mix (your choice of flavor)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Place the graham cracker crust in a pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the Jell-O mix in boiling water, stirring for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the dissolved Jell-O into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in half of the Cool Whip until fluffy and well-mixed.
  6. Pour half of the mixture into the crust; spread evenly. If using different flavors, layer additional prepared Jell-O before topping with remaining filling.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
