Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter while stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract, and gently fold in the colorful candies and nuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
