- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 1 inch).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the meatballs until browned on all sides (about 3β4 minutes).
- Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, sautΓ© sliced onions until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add beef broth to simmer.
- Return meatballs to the skillet; simmer on low for 15β20 minutes until flavors meld.
