  1. 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  2. 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  3. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  4. 1/2 cup Reeseโ€™s Pieces
  5. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  6. Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt (if using) and stir to combine.
  • In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  • Pour the melted peanut butter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a rectangle shape.
  • Pour the melted milk chocolate over the peanut butter layer and gently spread it to cover.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, then drizzle over the top of the milk chocolate layer for a decorative touch.
  • Sprinkle the Reeseโ€™s Pieces evenly over the top and gently press them into the chocolate.
  • Refrigerate the bark for at least 1 hour or until fully set.
  • Once set, break into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • You can add extra toppings like chopped peanuts or mini marshmallows for added texture.
  • Store the bark in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
