Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Remove from heat and dissolve the orange Jell-O in the hot water.
- Gently fold in the drained mandarin oranges into the gelatin mixture.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in the miniature marshmallows and combine with the gelatin mixture.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- Pour into a serving bowl or mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
