Description

Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, flavorful dish featuring succulent shrimp and tender steak, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 lb large shrimp, deveined
  • 8 oz ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the steak strips until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if necessary and cook the shrimp until pink (about 2-3 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to deglaze the pan. Stir in Cajun seasoning and Parmesan until combined.
  5. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, then fold in the steak and shrimp. Serve immediately with parsley on top.
