- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb large shrimp, deveined
- 8 oz ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the steak strips until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if necessary and cook the shrimp until pink (about 2-3 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to deglaze the pan. Stir in Cajun seasoning and Parmesan until combined.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, then fold in the steak and shrimp. Serve immediately with parsley on top.
