Description

  2. 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 tbsp paprika
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  8. 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  9. Salt and black pepper to taste
  10. Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels, then coat them evenly with the seasoning mix.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they are opaque and blackened.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges for extra zest.
